Unable to display smartphone site from desktop version Chrome (for iOS)

I was able to display my smartphone on Chrome in the past, but it suddenly stopped displaying when I refreshed it by selecting the smartphone display on f12.
"I have selected ""Laptop with HiDPI screen"" once on the developer tool → Settings → Device, but I can't use it even if I change the settings

The PC information is as follows
Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 (17G7024)
MacBookPro

google-chrome

I may have taken it off, but I will write it down just in case.

Shift + Command Key + M

Would you like to switch with ?The icon corresponds to the second (arrowed) one from the left in the picture below.
This will switch between smartphone display and normal screen.
