I am responsible for aibo developer support.

On the aibo visual programming screen
If
Operation Failed
appears. For some reason, aibo has not been able to initiate behavior or other behavior.

Please check the following before performing the aibo visual programming block.

• aibo must be powered on and connected to the network
• The aibo must not fall, be overturned, or be in an unreasonable position
• aibo is not in a state of weakness (a state where the joint is weak and unable to move)
• Not holding aibo or just lifting it

  such as aibo not moving, weak joints and weak eyes (eyes) are not displayed, etc. If the movement is strange, please try the following operations in order to see if they can be improved.

  Step 1: Bring back to sleep
  Step 2: Power Off and Reboot
  Step 3: Perform the Forced Termination Operation

  If you are still weak, try restarting aibo by following the steps below.

  1. Press and hold the power button (a) on the back of the aibo neck for 2 seconds to turn off the power.
  2. Press and hold the power button slowly for 2 seconds again to turn on the power again.
  *It will take some time for the power to come on, so please wait.
