If you use different scaling on multiple monitors, the window will be misaligned on the next boot.

When using multi-monitor, if you scale differently, the size of the window will not be reproduced at the next boot.

Reproduction method
1. Set the monitor as 1 and 2 from left to right
  1—Scaling 125%
2:Scaling 100% 2. Set EmEditor's window start position to monitor 1 left and right: center, up and down: top, and window end position to monitor 1 bottom left
3. Exit EmEditor
4. Launch EmEditor
EmEditor's window start position is OK with the above steps, but the right end position bites into Monitor 2 and the bottom is below the bottom of the screen

I can't add a comment, so I'll write it here.

If EmEditor's window starts at the top left of the screen and ends at the bottom right of the window, isn't it wrong to say EmEditor's window starts at the center, up and down of Monitor 1 at the bottom left of Monitor 1?

Is your Windows 10? For Windows 10, has Windows 10 been updated to version 1607 (Build 14393) or higher? If you have less than this Windows 10 or Windows 7, 8.1, unfortunately you may not be able to support multi-monitoring with different scaling. If possible, update to the latest Windows 10.

If you are experiencing problems with Windows 10 Version 1607 (Build 14393) or later, please let me know more about the situation as I cannot reproduce the problem here.

Which is the main choice, Monitor 1 (125% scaling) or Monitor 2 (100% scaling)?

How are Monitors 1 and 2 deployed? Is Monitor 1 on the left and Monitor 2 on the right?

I am a little confused because the writing style has been changed according to your question and subsequent comments.I would appreciate it if you could only write about the same phenomenon accurately so that I can reproduce it here.
