How to Open UTF-32 in VS Code

Not resolved.The answer below was not "open the file described in UTF-32"

I don't remember plug-in to open the UTF-16 file.
I think you can open it normally.

• FileOpen the FileMenu

When you open the file, the status bar at the bottom of the window displays UTF-16LE or UTF-16BE.
