Is there any way I can automatically handle the repeated processing of GUI applications installed in Windows?

Currently, I am manually operating simulation software called GUI-based ANSYS and commercially available software that processes measured data. For example,

I would like to automate the work because it is complicated.This kind of manual operation is very complicated as the number increases, but is there any library that automates it based on code?

Currently, I mainly use Windows 10 for OS and Matlab and Python for languages, so if you know if there is any way to automate in this environment (even if not in this environment), could you please let me know?
