Move iPhone vibrations from safari

According to Can I use...Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc, Safari does not support Vibration API, so I don't think it's possible at this time.^{"reference="https://caniuse.com/"reference="="referenceib"rebation #"l" re"volution[1]}

This is a limited alternative, but using a mobile application development framework such as React Native, access to the vibrator via native modules allows the vibrator to work even if it does not support Vibration API.
