Spresense Expansion Board Does Not Work

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 108 views

I connected the main board of the resense to the expansion board, but the expansion board is not recognized.
Of course, the connection is tight.

·Even if the expansion board USB is connected, it is not recognized as an SD card
• Analog and digital pins on the expansion board cannot be controlled from sketches
·The expansion board Vout and 3.3V are electrified (whether the expansion board USB is connected or not)

I have two sets, but it's the same phenomenon, so I think it's my way of using them, so please teach me.

At first, I got hooked on it, but I think it's probably the connection between the main board and the expansion board's B2B connector.(Sometimes it moves halfway, so the quality is very poor...)

When connecting the main board to the expansion board, it clicks, so I think it fits, but the B2B connector is often not fully connected just because the spacer is fitted. Please try to push the main board firmly from above. It's surprisingly strong, so you can push it as hard as you want. If you have a feeling of being stuck, it's a problem connecting the B2B connector.

Also, the IO voltage of the expansion board is 3.3V and 5.0V, so please be careful. The jumper is located above the power connector.

You must also explicitly program the USB on the expansion board to run as a Mass Storage Class. There is a sample sketch in "File" - > "Sketch Example" - > "SDHCI" - > "UsbMsc" or "UsbMscAndFileOpeation" in the Arduino IDE.
