It's been a long time since I logged in to firebase, so I re-logged in to firebase before running $firebase deploy.

I ran $sudonpm install-g firebase-tools because $firebase login --reauth showed the command to upgrade the version.
However, when I ran it, an error image similar to the one above was displayed.When I checked the firebase version, it remained 4.0.2 as before.

Wouldn't it work if I ran (not sudo)?

Perhaps when installing and updating around ndenv in anyenv, I used sudo and it seems that the permissions are strange.
If you were yourself, for example,
sudo chown-R username:group name~/.anyenv
~/.anyenv I think I will modify the following permissions.
