I can't use the tool on GitHub.

There are many tools and applications on GitHub that I would like to use, but
You only get to the point where you clone the repository, and you can run the tool.
Do you need any commands?I would appreciate your advice.

The delivery method depends on the repository, but for the repository mentioned in the question, click the red boxed "release" link in the image below and download the files you need for each version and platform on the next page.

If it's a friendly repository, the instructions are written on the README file and on the wiki page, so you can take a closer look at them, but clone is basically a procedure for people who want to touch the source code.

In most cases, if you simply want to get the tools that are being distributed, you just need to get them from the release page we just introduced, or save the ZIP file from the green Clone or download button.
