How to Use XCode Complementary Features

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 132 views

I have a question about how to use XCode's complementary features.
Enter a description of the image here

Complete the complementary "AVPlayerItem?" as shown in .
After that,
1. Move the cursor to the right of the "▶ 」" button
2. Move the cursor to the right of the mouse pointer
The input is finished using the method shown in , but I feel that it is somehow smart.
Especially when there is a string behind the placeholder, I feel that it is not particularly smart.

If you know how to use the complementary function in a better way, please let me know.

If you hit the return key with placeholder highlighted, the string that was the placeholder will be plaintexted.
This is enough for the closure.

For the string you intended (variable name), if you start typing the first character of the string while the placeholder is highlighting, you will begin complementing the variable/method that starts with the character you started typing where the placeholder string was.

Move to option+(|▶ <) or option+ctrl+(b|f), so why don't you press the /code> key while pressing the left and right cursor keys?
Similarly, if you want to go to the end of a line, you can go to command+(|▶ <).

From Xcode10, it seems that you can now use multi-cursor not only option+click, but you have not tried it yet
