Is there any way to run Python in Windows Preinstall environment (WinPE)?

Embedded Python for Windows should work with WinPE.

Embedded Python for Windows can be downloaded from Python's Windows Download to Windows x86 embedded zip file or Windows x64 embedded zip file via WinPE 32-bit or 64-bit versions.
