When I looked into the shortcut function of eclipse, it seems that there is no multi-cursor function.
However, it seems that foreigners are publishing something on github, but I don't know how to use it.

Is it possible to achieve multi-cursor functionality with eclipse?

I'm not good at using it myself, but
Shift+Alt+a allows block selection.
You can edit multiple lines at the same time, surrounding the location you want to change.

Also, variable names can be edited simultaneously with Shift+Alt+r in the following article, so if you can use them well, it will save a lot of time.
