LINE Message Retrieval

Would it be possible to use the LINE ID (not for BOT) that I usually use to notify other programs of messages from existing groups as strings?

Looking at the homepage of the message API, I understand that BOT is a prerequisite, and I think it is impossible, but I would like to ask someone who knows more about it and get confirmation.
