Cannot change font size on VBE

Unable to change font size for VBE.BE.You can change the font itself or any other changes.
I tried changing FontHeight in the registry, but it doesn't reflect on VBE.
The environment is Windows 10 (1703), Excel 2016.
I tried VBE of Word 2016, but only font size cannot be changed.
Please let me know if there is a solution.

I had the same symptom, but I was able to solve it.

Set "Change text, apps, and other item sizes" to 100% in display settings
Reboot
Launch Excel and modify font size settings on VBE

"If ""Change text, apps, and other item sizes"" is set to over 100%, it seems that it cannot be enlarged."If it's 200%, I could make it up to 12 points.

For multi-display, changing the font size seems to be possible by setting "Change text, apps, and other item sizes" to 100%.
