Is it possible to have different SSIDs for the master unit and repeater of the same segment?

Currently, we have two wireless LANs, the master unit is 192.168.1.1 and the repeater is 192.168.11.1, each with a different SSID (ESSID?).

Also, I would like to have the master unit 192.168.1.1 and the repeater 192.168.1.2 and have a separate SSID. Is it possible to have the slave unit connected to the master unit and the slave unit connected to the repeater in the same segment?

Note:
Both master repeater and buffalo WHR-G300N have OpenWRT firmware.
The IP address of the child when connected to the current master unit is 192.168.1.* and 192.168.11.* for the repeater.

I've just set up the BUFFALO master and repeater, so I'm not sure if it'll be helpful, but I'll answer.

Optical Modem Router (192.168.100.1) - Wireless LAN Master (192.168.100.2) - Relay 1 (192.168.100.3) - Relay 2 (192.168.101.1) - Relay 3 (192.168.102.1)

In the above connection path, the wireless LAN master unit emits two radio waves: SSID: abcde_A (2.4 GHz) and abcde_G (5 GHz).
There is a screen where you can choose which SSID of the master unit to relay when setting up the repeater. When abcde_G is selected, the repeater emits SSID:abcde_G radio waves.
Therefore, I don't think it's possible to make a separate SSID between the master unit and the repeater.

By the way, the segment of repeater 2 and repeater 3 is different from repeater 1 and master unit. If it is the same, it cannot be entered into the management screen, so it is set like this.
I'm a real person, but I hope it will be helpful.

After I answered above, I looked into it, but

It seems that you can configure a different SSID here.
