About Writing the Esp-wroom-02 Program

I am currently trying to write a program to esp-wroom-02 using arduino IDE. warning:espcomm_sync failed
error:espcomm_open failed
error:espcomm_upload_mem failed
error:espcomm_upload_mem failed
I can't write it down because it turned out to be .
When writing, I connect IO0 and RST to GND and write after restarting other power sources.Is there any way to solve this?Please tell me who it is.Thank you for your cooperation.
