The configuration in the phpstorm configuration is cleared each time it is started.

The server configuration set in phpstorm setting is cleared every time phpstorm is restarted.I would appreciate it if you could let me know if anyone knows how to solve it.Also, when saving the settings screen, the following error appears.

The configuration is saved as a project configuration.
If you look at the screenshot, A: ..idea が is the destination, but is that a writable place?
(I thought it was unusual that the drive letter was A)
