Use Property Name to access object properties.

var overrideCtx={};
overrideCtx.Templates={};
overrideCtx.Templates.Fields={};
for(vari=1;i<=127;i++){
    var hoge="";
    hoge+="Test";
    hoge+=i

    overrideCtx.Templates.Fields [hoge] = {value:hoge};
}
