VMware "Error opening virtual machine: Error accessing host or guest OS file"

It's just as the title says.
I started studying how to create a secure web application.
When I started a file from CR-ROM called WASBOOK in VMware, I got the error "Error opening virtual machine: Error accessing file from host or guest OS".

I use Windows 10, VMware Workstation 12 Player.

Please let me know if you know the cause.
