It can be sorted into spam folders by hotmail.

If you postfix your server and send an email to your ら@hotmail.com account, it will be sorted into spam folders.

As a countermeasure, we did the following:
·Back-drawing your own server
·SPF
·DKIM

If you look at the email header, it says spf=pass and dkim=pass, so it's OK to authenticate, but it's still sorted into spam folders.

CMM-Authentication-Results: hotmail.com; spf=pass(senderIPis)
 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) [email protected];dkim=pass
 header.d=xxx.xxx.xxx;x-hmca=pass header.id=xxx@x xx.xxx.xxx

I want to prevent it from being sorted into spam folders.
Thank you for your advice.

Please check the .
Information published for Microsoft troubleshooting.

IP addresses that have not been previously used to send mail are typically not evaluated on the system.As a result, mail sent from the new IP is more likely to experience delivery problems.

If the domain evaluation for transmission is good, the evaluation for the new IP can be improved more quickly.The new IP will be fully evaluated within 2-3 weeks depending on volume and distribution list accuracy, as long as the percentage of spam complaints is kept to a minimum.

You can see that there is a rule that determines mail from a server with a completely new IP address as "spam mail" for a period of time.

Microsoft's SmartScreen® technology provides anti-spam filtering for Microsoft products such as Exchange Server, Microsoft Office Outlook, and Windows Live Mail in addition to Outlook.com.

Outlook.com System related content (@m sn.com, @O utlook.com, @h otmail.com, or
@l Address with ive.com)

For reasons related to this troubleshooting page, 'The new IP will be fully evaluated within 2-3 weeks depending on volume and distribution list accuracy as long as the percentage of spam complaints is maintained at a minimum,' so it can be incorporated into normal operation.

*Experienceally, even if there is no problem with the [SPF] [DKIM] setting of the mail server and DNS, it can be sorted into the [spam mail folder] as per the contents of this troubleshooting.
