We are developing the C# Windows Form application at Visual Studio Express for Desktop in Windows 7.
Even if I open the exe that I built in Debug and Release respectively, the application does not start.
Nothing happened, such as displaying an alert, and the mouse cursor was left with the loading circle displayed.
When I created a new project as a trial and did the same procedure without adding any processing
As expected, the symptoms are the same.
Also, if you boot to Start on VisualStudio, it will boot normally.
The .NET Framework has been installed, but is there anything else I should check?

As @774RR commented, it was caused by anti-virus software.
I removed the scan and ran it, and it started normally.
