Installation of the cf command fails on the mac

I wanted to push the application created in the local environment using Bluemix onto Git with cf command, so I installed it using the link below.
However, I cannot open the .pkg file.Please tell me how to install it.

Is it a message or something?
First, check your Mac security settings.

Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General Tab

Re-set the permission to run the application downloaded here to allow all applications to run and install.
