Booting Apache from USB Memory

I would like to put Apache in the USB memory to boot, but it won't boot if the drive changes.
The configuration file below conf has been renamed correctly when the drive changes.

Are there any other files to change the settings?
Please let me know if anyone knows what's wrong.

PC The operating system of the PC alternates between Windows 8 and Windows 7.

If you configure the file below /conf, it will work fine.
.NETFRAMEWORK is limited to 3.5, so 4.x won't work.
That's what happened.
