iTerm now starts full screen + duplex

I am using iTerm on my Mac, but the following problem has occurred.
·Double boot during startup
·Both boot to full screen

I tried the following, but it didn't work.
·The full screen cannot be released with the command+return
·Even if you use the cursor to shrink the window, the pointer does not change at the end of the screen and cannot be shrunk
·Restart

Last time
·I created a new profile and set it to the default (I deleted it now and used the initial one)

I'm in trouble because if I can't release the full screen condition, the work will be delayed.I look forward to your kind cooperation.
