rEFIT Cannot Start

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 57 views

I would like to install fedora, so it seems that rEFIT is necessary.

http://refit.sourceforge.net/doc/c1s1_install.html
I tried to install it using the link above, but after many reboots, it went directly into OS X.

Also, I looked for a solution.

$cd/efi/refit
$ ./ enable-always.sh

You entered the above command.But when I rebooted, nothing changed as before.

The operating system version is OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.
The MacBook version is MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015).

Since rEFIT has not been maintained for a long time, it is recommended that you use the successor rEFInd for no particular reason.

If you experience any problems using rEFInd, you can also use EFI boot although it is a bit complicated.
