About Google Translate API Error Limits

Google Translate APIs limit the number of translated characters per day, but in addition to this limitation
Could you please let me know if anyone knows that there is a short time limit?

I set up the API and raised the upper limit by paying the fee. If you translate about 3,000 English characters, you will get a limit error.

One of the things that comes to mind is that I'm translating these 3,000 words one after another, not just one language, but about 63 languages. Therefore, I think there may be some restrictions on multilingual translation in a short period of time.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if anyone knows about this area.
