As for the part, is this the following recognition?Also, if someone rejected this part, how would you deal with it?

CGM-based apps must have all of the following features:
1. Filter content that users find unpleasant
1. A feature that allows users to tell what they think is offensive content
1. The ability of the service to block malicious users
