Bootloader Cannot Write

I cannot use Arduino IDE to write the boot loader to Sony's Spresense.The device is also recognized, but "Writing boot loader to microcomputer board" appears at the bottom, and after a long period of time, an error occurred while writing boot loader.The operating environment is as follows:
　Windows 10 　Arduino 1.8.7

Just in case, I tried recovering with recoverytool, but it stopped after displaying "...."Is there any other reason besides the product defect?
