About alsamixer Configuration

Nice to meet you, I'm a beginner at ALSA.

After starting alsamixer, where do I see the "Select sound card" information that I can select with the F6 key?

$cat/proc/asound/cards
 0 HDMI—HDA-Intel-HDA Intel HDMI
                      HDA Intel HDMI at 0xf7d34000irq53
 1 PCH—HDA-Intel-HDA Intel PCH
                      HDA Intel PCHat0xf7d30000irq54

As shown in , it seems that there are two types of sound cards, but alsamixer can only select default.

Verified that the sound-related device files are marked "+" and ACLs are attached in ls-al/dev/snd in a known-good environment.

If you check getfacl/dev/snd/seq, you can see that the ACL of the logged-in user is attached.

sudo setfacl-mu:username:rw/dev/snd/*
