I was able to display a program that reads the array with spyder and displays it as a diagram, so I wanted to zoom in with the mouse and look at it from various angles, so when I opened it with Anaconda, I got the following error.
I updated Anaconda for now, but the situation didn't change. What kind of error is this? Please tell me how to solve this problem.
I will add the program later if necessary.

Other Q&A sites Answer seem to have solved the problem, so I will reprint it almost as it is.(Only the syntax of the link has been rewritten)
Modules should not be installed in the same (virtual) environment with conda and pip.
It seems that using different management tools causes problems. The link below is detailed.
I don't know if this error corresponds to the above, but I think there is a possibility that Anaconda's environment is broken.
If it's a virtual environment, you can fix it by deleting it.Unfortunately, if you mix conda and pip in the base, would you like to reinstall Anaconda?
