Rel=0 for hiding related videos does not work with Youtube embedded tags

Please help me.
It may be a rudimentary thing, but
?rel=0 no longer works to hide related videos on YouTube embedded tags…
It should have worked before…
For some reason, the related video will be displayed after playing it.

According to official document,

Note: This parameter is changing on or after September 25, 2018.

Therefore, it seems that the specifications have been changed.

After the change, you will not be able to disable related videos.
Installed, if the rel parameter is set to 0, related videos will come from the same channel as the video that was just played.

I can no longer stop displaying related videos.Instead, if rel=0, the associated video will be searched on the same channel as the video you are playing.

So it hasn't been added in Japanese yet.
I'm having a hard time because I have to hide related videos.
