I am currently using Ubuntu 18.04 installed on VPS.
I would like to copy the entire environment to another server. Is there any good way?
I looked it up briefly and found Mondo Rescue, but it doesn't seem to support Ubuntu 18, so I'm looking for another way.
If there is any good way, could you please let me know?

I don't want to know how to use it in detail, but I think CloneZilla is famous.
Boot to LiveCD for partition-by-partition backup/restore and more.
I think I will use the utility Partimage, so I will use it as a similar distribution
There is also SystemRescueCd.
