Formatting shortcuts on the VSCode on the Mac will result in が being entered

I am using VSCode on my Mac and I saw that it can be formatted with Shift+Option+F.
< is entered and cannot be formatted.

Isn't there any expansion?
You may be changing the key assignment with the extension, so

You can see the key bindings from Manage in the lower left corner of VS Code (or Ctrl+KCtrl+S, or KK >S).

If you type format or doc for there, you may see the situation
