Google Maps JavaScript API Does Not Appear

I'd like to display a map on the site with Google Maps JavaScript API, but can't I display it on the site with basic authentication?
It appears for a moment, but it says "Error Occurred" and "Your site URL to be authorized" appears in the error console.

Google Maps api is free to use on public sites, so you may experience these symptoms when you authenticate.
