Database Folder Does Not Open in SQL Server Management Studio (Deploying... or Expanding...) State Does Not Go

environment
Windows 10 Pro x64 2004 (updated from 1903)
SQL Server 2012 SP4, 2014, and 2016 SP1 (installed on Windows 10 above)

And for some reason, the following command will cure it.

use master select*from sys.databases or select*from@@version

This update appears to be affecting you because it occurred after the Windows Update was updated to 2004.
Windows 10 (2004) has just been released and has little information, so I searched in Japanese and English and couldn't find such information.

I think there is a problem with the connection string hidden in the screenshot. As far as the image shows, it seems to be registered under the name master, but will the ping somehow succeed? In other words, can you solve the name properly?
Incidentally, if the SQL Server itself and Management Studio are the same machine, connect with the server names . and (local). This allows you to connect with the shared memory protocol.TCP/IP protocol if hostname is specified.
