Mailchimp List Flipping Problem

I am currently running a web service and would like to publish an e-mail magazine as a function of the service.
In addition, I would like to use Mailchimp as a cloud service for mail delivery.

With that in mind, I have a question.
I created a list in Mailchimp and tried to distribute Campaign to it, but Omnivore played it and I couldn't distribute it.
Below is a screenshot of the error message.

I'm referring to the official reference, but I don't know why the list I made is played because of my poor English ability.
If you have any experience solving similar symptoms or have any idea, could you give me some advice?

List Load CSV - Test delivered with about 4 email addresses, and it worked well

From a quick look at the reference, a certain number of invalid addresses in the list seems to be one of the reasons for the repulsions.

Invalid addresses are addresses that cannot be delivered, such as addresses that do not originally exist due to typographical errors, or addresses that are old and have invalid email accounts.
