Why don't you decide what you want to make and try?

The premise is to do what you want to do first, but

What is the purpose of studying?
In other words, do you mean becoming a programmer as a profession?Or is it about programming your hobby to present the program where others can see it?

At least, when I do programming as a hobby, I don't think it's a good idea to go to the server side. This is because even though it's easier to have a server now, setting up a server for others has a lot of other factors besides programming, and I don't think it's going to last long if you feel like you're having trouble with it.
