I used to develop Java in Eclipse, but I was interested in it, so I installed Android Studio when I was developing Android.
Personally, I like it a lot, but when I tried to develop Java again, I realized that Eclipse was no longer available.
I can install both Eclipse and Android Studio, but I thought it would be good to develop Java with IntelliJ IDEA.
So I have a question, is there any difference between IntelliJ IDEA (free version) and Android Studio when developing Android?
If not, I would like to unify with IntelliJ IDEA.
I look forward to your kind cooperation.

I've never used Community Edition before, so it might not be helpful.
Previously, features and bugfixes implemented in the latest version of Android Studio were slow to be reflected in the latest version of IntelliJ IDEA, and I had to use an older version of Android-gradle-plugin from the IDEA. As of April 2015, the team can develop Android Studio and IntelliJ IDEA without any problems.
