I want to enable Paypal accounting button in Wordpress Easy Digital Downloads

This is my first time to ask you a question.
I'm in a lot of trouble, so I'd appreciate it if someone could give me some advice.

Set PayPal settings in Easy Digital Downloads in Wordpress now
However, the accounting button is not activated.
What are the possible causes?

• I have created a PayPal business account and have verified all the information
• All Download Settings pages have been entered
• The HP displays the "Purchase button" as follows
• However, I cannot proceed to accounting even if I press the purchase button
  (You can see the behavior of moving to the top of the page by pressing the Purchase button.)
