I want to know if there is a service like CloudRun in GCP on AWS.

I would like to know the service on AWS that can handle Docker containers freely in a managed environment like GCP.
Last year, I found out that Lambda of AWS supported the container, but is it possible to replace it with Lambda?
This is a question for a beginner in the cloud, so I'm afraid the content is ambiguous, but I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know.
