Is there a way to prevent the unexpected change of Windows language settings to ENG while using Emacs24?

If I use Emacs built for Windows, I can suddenly change my Windows language settings to ENG without warning during typing, and my keyboard's symbol array changes so I can't type exactly as the keyboard's keytop display. Can I do something to prevent it?

I'm thinking "again..." but I'm returning to Japanese (either Microsoft IME or Google Japanese input) by clicking the ENG on the taskbar with my mouse.

The operating system has been changed to Windows XP, 7, 10, but it has occurred in any of them, either in 32-bit or 64-bit OS.Also, it does not reproduce with specific keystrokes and occurs irregularly.

Emacs are using the latest version of Emacs24 series distributed at http://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/GNU/emacs/windows/.

It's not a PC hard dependence, it happened on HP, DELL desktop and Panasonic laptops.

Once, I deleted ENG from Windows language settings and tried to use only Japanese, but this problem reoccurred, and when I checked the language settings, ENG came back to life.

"I think you are pressing ""Switch input language"" on the left, Alt+Shift."This key binding is handled by Windows, not Emacs.Try not assigning key sequences in the Text Services and Input Languages dialog.
