Selecting and Uploading Videos

I'm a complete beginner using Monaca.

I would like to select and upload videos on Android.

The getPicture function seems to be filtered by images, and even if you look at the third argument, you can only choose by images.

Could you please let me know if you have a specific example to open, select, and upload a video library like the getPicture function in Monaca?
