Information About Using UART

It is said that the Spresense body and the expansion board cannot be used at the same time because they use the same line as the UART. If I use UART on the main side of the Spresense, will I not be able to use USB (CN2) on the main body and USB (CN6) on the expansion board?

While connecting the ELTRES add-on board and the Spresense body to UART, we are wondering if we can communicate data with external devices through the USB port.

The serial port that can be used by USB is independent of the UART device on the CPU itself, so it can be used independently
SPRESENSE itself has one UART terminal, plus
Virtual serial ports that can be used via USB are implemented by software, so you can implement as many ports as you want with drivers.
