Changing the License for a Self-Program

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 130 views

I would like to ease the conditions by changing the license of my own programs that I have distributed in GPL3 to MIT.

Can copyright holders be allowed to do this?

If it is your own work, I think it is no problem to change the license from the next version.
(I think changing the license of an already released version of the program will cause a lot of problems.but)

# Since I am a licensor and a primary distributor, I understand that it is before the GPL clause is applied.
# Of course, if your program diverts and links to GPL source code, you will not be allowed to change to a MIT license.
