After I successfully authenticated my GitHub account with SourceTree, I thought I would clone it via HTTPS.
As shown in the image, several login screens appeared, and I couldn't clone them even if I entered them all.

Is there a Github registration on the Tools→Options→Authentication tab?
If you don't have a registration, why don't you add authentication here first?

Why don't you erase the cache of URLs in the Windows credentials that might be related to GitHub?
