Unable to Delete Files During Development with Monaca Localkit

I am developing with Monaca Localkit, but even if I delete a file, if I do build configuration or remote build, the deleted file will be restored.
Specifically, even if you delete files such as html, png, and jpeg from the www folder or images folder, after completing the build configuration and remote build, after the sand clock mark is displayed, you can see that the files are restored.
I think it's not a programming problem, it's a Monaca IDE problem, but I'm going to ask you technical questions about development on this site.
