AppStoreConnect Does Not Display dSYM Downloads

"Download dSYM" is not displayed and cannot be downloaded.
The settings on the Xcode are as follows.
Debug Information Format->Release only DWARF with dSYM File
Enable Bitcode->false

Apple will create a new dSYM after the Bitcode-enabled app is released, and if you have a dSYM generated at this time, you will be able to download it
