I don't understand the process of transforming from the formula above to the formula below and the mathematical properties.

I didn't understand the part where 1/n^2 がn below becomes 1/n 11 (line 1 and line 2 of the image below).
Also, regarding the final expression, the addition through sigma is on the left side of the sigma (is it okay to recognize that 1/n^2 can be added to each other this time)?It may be obvious, but I'm not good at math and I didn't understand it.
