Troubleshooting Cordova 3.5 Format

Monaca moved from Cordova 2.9 format to Cordova 3.5 format and built it on Android devices

There were about three problems.If you know how to deal with it, please let me know.

Status (Tool) bar disappeared.
·The icon disappeared from the Android device.
·The splash screen is no longer displayed.

Debugger only displays the HTML portion, but has always been a status (tool) bar
