How to Switch Networks in MetaMask

I want MetaMask to switch to the Rinkby Test Network, but it doesn't show up as a network option.
I'm sorry for the rudimentary question, but I'd like you to tell me how to switch.

I have already tried the following two things.

• I tried to see if I could choose from the network in the configuration, but I could only see the details of the network and I didn't know how to switch.
• I also tried to add a network, but the message "This URL is currently being used by the linkby network" was displayed and I could not add it.

A Test Network other than Rinkby is fine as long as you can switch networks.
The environment is being used by Chrome in Windows.
